Rates 2009 - 2010

Winter rate  $1,300 per week (1st Nov - 31st May)

Summer rate $1,100 per week (1st June - 31st Oct)

Veselka now has three bedrooms available, wireless internet, and a split A/C unit in the master bedroom.

     Rates are for up to 4 persons. Each additional person is $200/week.

A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation. The final payment plus $300 refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. 

A $300 security deposit is required and refunded 30 days after your stay provided there is no damage, missing items and there is no additional clean-up due to misuse of house or contents.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if written notice is given 60 days prior to arrival.
Half refund if written notice is given 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund if less than 30 days (unless home can be rented for those days).
